Summer Update

I hope y'all are staying cool in this heat! Things are going well in Denton. I'm still pregnant which means I've been able to enjoy the slower pace of summer! I've really loved getting to spend my last few weeks before maternity leave with students who are in town and with my coworkers, both relationally and as we plan ahead for next year. I've got just a few weeks left before the baby comes and I just can't believe it. I really am so grateful for this job and profession and for my ministry partners who make it possible for me to feel so supported and loved while Jon and I get ready for this next phase of life. I'm so so excited to share our kiddo with y'all and with the students who have become such a huge part of my life. So thank you for your prayers and support, it really means the world to me.

A quick fundraising update -  things have gone really well so far! I'm to about 90% of my goal of $4,000/mo! I'm super close so if you have been thinking about someone who may be interested in partnering with me, please don't hesitate to reach out! I have just felt so seen and blessed by the Lord in this season and think that He is providing what we need. As I've shared my anxieties with Him, He is replacing them with His peace. I hope the same thing for each of you, that you would be experiencing God's peace in whatever situations you're in.
