June: Moving and Lake Day

Hello! Happy July, everyone! Here's what happened in June:

Summer Staff Retreat!

Our new Denton staff took a few days out on Lake Belton to have some fun and get to know each other. We had a great time! I think the Lord is preparing each of us in really cool ways for this school year.

I Moved!

The month started off with a fresh new house. I moved into the house that Jon and I will share in less than a week from now. I absolutely love it and love being here. Jon and I can't wait to spend the next few years putting down roots, hosting our friends and family, and enjoying community here.

This was the first thing I hung up and I'm very proud.

Moving in also meant moving out! I've lived at what we called the Kettle for the last three years so it was bittersweet to leave that house. Here's Jon's solution to gross trash bags that needed to come back to our trash bin (don't worry, we live just down the street so we didn't go far!)

Fundraising

Fundraising has been going well! I have some new donors and adjusted my budget (sharing money is hard to figure out ;) ) and I'm now at around 80%! God has been so encouraging in this process and has really been so generous with me. I appreciate y'all praying for my funding this time! If you would join me in praying specifically for 6 people to support me at $100 a month, that would be a huge help. And, of course, if you know anyone who could be interested in supporting me, please let me know!
